By accessing codeofpiece.com, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you install Delivery & Pickup – Scheduler, these terms apply to that use as well. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the app. Shopify’s terms govern the store, checkout, payments, and app billing.

About the site

This website presents codeOfPiece’s services and contact information. The home page preview uses sample hours. It is not a live store. The help desk form prepares an email in your mail app. This website does not create an account or take payment.

Delivery & Pickup – Scheduler lets a merchant offer shipping dates, store pickup, and local delivery, and lets a customer choose a window on the cart page or, on the Standard plan, the product page. The choice is saved on the Shopify order. If a required selection is missing, checkout asks the customer to go back and choose. The app schedules the window. Packing, the carrier, and the handoff stay with the merchant. Merchants agree that the days, hours, buffer time, cutoffs, closed dates, and locations they set are times the shop can fulfill.

Shopify bills the store every 30 days. The current plans are Basic at USD 9.99 and Standard at USD 19.99. Shopify shows the charge in the admin before you approve it, and that approved charge is the one that applies. We do not collect card numbers. A merchant may uninstall the app from the Shopify admin at any time. Google Calendar is optional. Connecting it lets the app write order events to a calendar on the merchant’s Google account, as described in the privacy policy.

Limitation of liability

The site and the app are provided “as is”. codeOfPiece is not liable for any damages arising from use of the site, the app, or reliance on its content, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. That includes a missed shipping date, pickup, or local delivery caused by merchant settings, a closed shop, or a carrier. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
